Sunningmead Community Centre building is completely accessible to those with limited mobility or in a wheelchair.
It is on one level throughout, with no steps or stairs. The width of all doors meet current standards for wheelchair use.

There is a washroom/toilet specially fitted for disabled use.

There is a wheelchair available for use at the Centre.

Sunningmead Community Park has paths suitable for wheelchair/scooter use and for those of limited mobility.
The amphitheatre in the park has a path at one side for disabled access and a front area for wheelchairs to park.
